Engagement sessions are such a fun way to celebrate this exciting season of life — and Taylor & Danny’s Shawnee Mission Park engagement photos were the perfect mix of playful and romantic!


Even though the day was overcast with a light sprinkle, these two were full of laughter from start to finish. Their joy was contagious, and it made capturing their connection so easy. We spent the afternoon exploring one of my favorite open fields at Shawnee Mission Park, where the tall grass and soft light gave every photo that dreamy, natural feel I love.

I adore sessions like this because they show that even a cloudy day can be absolutely beautiful. Taylor and Danny leaned into the moment and made it their own — and I already know their May wedding is going to be filled with the same kind of happiness and love.
